Irish Mag was the first “dance hall girl “in Bisbee. She lived in a green-roofed house and had a green parrot in a tree that the passing miners taught a "colorful vocabulary". Irish Mag and her parrot “spiced up” the lives of the miners in many ways before and after their shifts. 
Like Irish Mag, using this blend will ensure that you, too are fondly remembered … for your cooking. 
Hand mixed from: red peppers, Romano, Kosher salt, toasted onion, thyme, rosemary, cayenne, basil, white onion, and Tellicherry pepper.
